Lambda Brand Use Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2025

The Lambda name, logo, and icon—together with all associated visual identity assets—are the exclusive property of Lambda, Inc. These elements are protected under U.S. and international trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved by Lambda, and any unauthorized use may be considered infringement.

Lambda’s wordmark and the Lambda logo/icon (the “Lambda marks”) are registered or pending trademarks of the company around the world. These marks must always be used in line with Lambda’s brand guidelines and should never be altered, distorted, or combined with other words, images, or graphics in a way that could cause confusion. The logo, icon, and all original visual assets are also copyrighted works owned by Lambda. No reproduction, distribution, or modification is permitted without prior written authorization.

Third parties may only use Lambda’s brand elements under specific conditions set forth here. References to Lambda’s name or wordmark are permitted only when used truthfully and as necessary to identify Lambda as the source of Lambda’s products, provided that such uses do not mislead audiences as to any sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership by Lambda where none exists. Approved partners may use the Lambda marks only under the terms of a mutually executed agreement with Lambda. Journalists, reviewers, and publishers may use the Lambda marks solely for editorial or commentary purposes, provided the usage is accurate, non-misleading, and respectful of these guidelines.

Certain uses are strictly prohibited. The Lambda marks may not be modified, stylized, or altered in any way. They cannot be used in a manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership without written authorization from Lambda. They must not appear in company names, domain names, social handles, product names, taglines, or other branding or marketing for any third party, and they cannot be associated with offensive, harmful, disparaging, or misleading content.

Any individual or organization seeking permission for use outside of the permitted conditions listed above must request written authorization from Lambda’s Legal or Design team. Requests can be directed to legal@lambda.ai or design@lambda.ai. Lambda actively monitors the use of its brand and will enforce its rights when necessary. Unauthorized or improper use may result in legal action, including cease-and-desist orders, injunctions, and monetary damages.
